Terms of Service

These terms govern use of FOUNDURO's website, software, and U.S. company formation services. Formation work starts once an order is accepted, required information is complete, and applicable government fees are paid.

State filing fees, expedited processing fees, registered-agent renewals, tax filings, banking, bookkeeping, and third-party services may be billed separately unless a plan explicitly includes them.

FOUNDURO is not a substitute for individualized tax, immigration, or regulated securities advice. Where attorney review is included, it is limited to the scope described in the selected plan or engagement.
